A: Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
● Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
● Orders are shipped throughout the week using reputed courier agencies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
● Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
● Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and vary by location (pin code).
Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (may vary by location and external factors).
International Shipping: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. String Figures Studio LLP and its associated parties are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
3. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error
If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, contact number), additional re-shipping charges will apply. String Figures Studio LLP and its associated parties are not liable for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate customer information, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
All extra costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

● Customers must provide authentic and accurate shipping details.
● Vernacular reserves the right to verify and validate customer details
and may reject or debar users from using the service if false information is provided.
5. Shipping Delays & Liability
Shipment processing starts only after payment confirmation.
● Delivery timeframes are approximate and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, carrier issues, customs delays, or other external factors beyond the control of String Figures Studio LLP and its associated parties.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external disruptions.

● Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
● You can track your package on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.
B: Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Perishable Nature of Cold Brew & Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our cold brew products, we do not accept returns.
However, we will offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
• The product was damaged in transit.
• The wrong item was received.
• Once opened by the customer, our canned beverages cannot be returned
for health and safety reasons.
2. How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Order
If you receive a damaged product, please do not dispose of it before contacting us, as we may request a return for further inspection.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vernacular.store with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the damaged item and packaging
3. A brief description of the issue
After verification, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Return Shipping Costs
● Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, incorrect product).
● If a replacement is issued, String Figures Studio LLP will bear the cost of re-shipping the new item.
For subscription orders, returns are not accepted. Customers can modify or cancel future subscription shipments from their account before the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
● Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect orders, not for personal taste preferences.
● Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Refunds for Personal Taste Preferences
We do not offer refunds for personal preferences or dissatisfaction with taste, as coffee flavor varies due to natural ingredients and seasonal changes in beans.
Common Questions (FAQs)
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order at info@vernacular.store After that, modifications are not possible.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the tracking status shows “Delivered”, but you haven’t received your order, please:
1. Check with your neighbors or building security.
2. Contact the courier service.
3. if you still can’t locate your package, email us at info@vernacular.store
If a package is marked “Delivered” but is missing, String Figures Studio LLP is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. We request all customers to first check with neighbors, building security, or the courier service before contacting us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost packages.
How do I store my cold brew once it arrives?
Our cold brew products have a shelf life of 9 months at room temperature
but are recommended to be refrigerated upon arrival to maintain quality and freshness. String Figures Studio LLP is not responsible for product degradation due to improper environmental conditions, such as exposure to heat, after delivery.
What should I do if my cold brew arrives warm?
If your package was delayed and your cold brew arrives at room temperature, refrigerate it immediately to maintain quality and freshness. Check for any signs of spoilage if you have any reason to suspect that it has been exposed to high temperatures or that the packaging appears to be tampered with. If the product tastes off, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Due to the natural variations in coffee flavors, we unfortunately will not be able to offer refunds based on taste preferences. However, we appreciate feedback and continuously work on improving our offerings. Please write to us with feedback at info@vernacular.store

● Shipping Information
To deliver your orders, we collect necessary details like your name, phone number, and shipping address according to your preferences. This information is processed securely via Shopify and is only stored if you choose to save it during checkout. You can manage or delete this information
through your account settings or by contacting us. Third party logistics service providers such as Delhivery or Xpressbees.
